How Do We Film and Create DVDs & Hi Def Blu-ray?

First of all, have a look through our Packages. we are only a telephone call away to help you decide which options to go for!

Once you have decided what you would like, you will need to let us know your event date.  After this, we'll ask you to complete and return a Booking Form together with your 10% non refundable deposit, and your Wedding date is now secured!

A month before your special day, wherever possible, we'd like to meet you face to face and discuss your wedding plans in detail.  This is both of our opportunities to talk about what you have planned and what will happen on the day.  This is your chance to ask questions and talk about specific details or concerns for your big day.  We like to ask you for some music choices at this time too, as we set a number of the video segments to music you both like.

You can always call or email us at any point up to your Wedding Day if you have any queries, but otherwise we only need the one meeting.

We then organise all the necessary licences to cover us recording live and recorded music on your big day - every videographer is required by law to do this so that all copyright laws are covered.  You don't need to worry about it.  Sometimes venues may ask for additional fees for musicians but this is a different fee to the music copyright, it's purely the venue's decision.

So, it's now the Big Day! We arrive early to set up our equipment and meet anyone organising your day at the venue.  We film in a way which compliments the natural flow of your day.  We do not ask you to pose - it's much more informal and relaxed. We make sure we're in the right place at the right time filming everything as it happens naturally. You'll barely notice we're there and we'll be shooting great film of you all having fun and enjoying your day. There is nothing to worry about.

Once we have filmed your day it will then take several days of editing to produce a Rough Cut DVD / Hi Def Blu-ray for you to have a look at and make your comments on.  We always like to send you a rough cut of your film. It gives you the opportunity to request changes to your film as well as ensuring that you are 100% satisifed with the finished film of your day.
